Do you want a fun way to stay accountable for the Holidays and get free workouts and recipes?  

If anyone else likes Christmas as much as I do, you’ll love this Christmas/Holiday theme’d challenge.  I thought it would be fun to do a 25 day fitness related “Advent Calendar.” Similar to Bodybuilding.com’s 12 Days of Fit-mas, there will be 12 days of free workouts, recipes, etc.!


For each day in December I will post a fun Holiday themed workout, recipe or challenge PDF that I created, starting on December 1st. They can be pinned, saved to your phone, or downloaded to your computer for future reference.


YouTube for demonstrations is an excellent source for any of the exercises you’re unsure of.

If you think it would help, invite a friend, co-worker, family member, or spouse to join you on this challenge! December is the BIGGEST month where people fall off the wagon, and vow to start fresh in the new year.  Not to mention how many treats there are this month!  Due to that, this challenge is an easy way to at least put in 5-10 minutes a day of exercise, and practice balance over the holidays.  Some of the workouts are even geared toward doing during holiday movies!
