Years ago I was NOT into health or fitness. In fact, at my biggest I was close to 50 lbs heavier than where I am currently. I have taught myself over the years about eating clean, and weight lifting to compliment that to stay at a level where I feel really good physically, but still enjoy life and freedom to fit fun foods into our life as well.
