BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE OATS
- 2/3 Cup Rolled Oats
- 1 Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
- 2 Tbsp/ or Half Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
- 1 Tbsp Ground Flax
- 1 Cup Blueberries
- 1/4 Cup Fat Free Cream Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Plain FF Greek Yogurt
- Mix Almond Milk and Protein Powder. Mix in Ground Flax and Oats.
- In another bowl, mix cream cheese and yogurt.
- Layer oat mixture, blueberries, and cream cheese mixture in a jar or glass.
- Let set in the fridge overnight.
