CHOCOLATE PROTEIN GANACHE ICING

Jamie Eason’s Chocolate Protein Bars 

1 cup oat flour
4 Egg Whites
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
1/2 cup baking stevia
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
8 oz. berry-flavored baby food (two small jars) **do not use baby “dessert” fruit jars, use applesauce + berries, or pear + banana + apple etc.
3 tbsp baking cocoa
1/2 Cup water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix dry ingredients (oat flower, vanilla whey protein, baking soda, salt, baking cocoa) together in a large bowl.
Mix wet ingredients (egg whites, Stevia, Berry flavored Baby Food,Water) together in a medium sized bowl.
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix together.
Spray cooking dish with a non stick butter spray and add batter to dish.
Bake 20-30 minutes in oven.

  • 1/4 Cup stevia sweetened chocolate chips
  • 1/2 Tsp Coconut Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Blend Cream
  • 1 Tbsp Chocolate Whey Protein Powder

Directions

Mix all ingredients except the protein powder in a microwave safe dish.

Heat for 30 second increments, stirring each time until completely melted and mixed.

Once the icing is completely smooth let it sit for a few minutes and then add in protein powder before applying to squares.
