Remember- if you think it would help, invite a friend, co-worker, family member, or spouse to join you on this challenge! December is the BIGGEST month where people fall off the wagon, and vow to start fresh in the new year. Not to mention how many treats there are this month!
Due to that, this challenge is an easy way to at least put in 5-10 minutes a day of exercise, and practice balance over the holidays. Some of the workouts are even geared toward doing during holiday movies!
