DAY 11 [25 DAYS OF MERRY FITNESS-FREE WORKOUTS HOLIDAY CHALLENGE]

Day 11 is for your upper body.  If you want toned arms, back and chest throw in these exercises with this upper body workout!

Use YouTube for demonstrations – it’s an excellent source for any of the exercises you’re unsure of.

Remember- if you think it would help, invite a friend, co-worker, family member, or spouse to join you on this challenge! December is the BIGGEST month where people fall off the wagon, and vow to start fresh in the new year.  Not to mention how many treats there are this month!

Due to that, this challenge is an easy way to at least put in 5-10 minutes a day of exercise, and practice balance over the holidays.  Some of the workouts are even geared toward doing during holiday movies!
