After having her baby Willow, in 2011, Pink signed on with two personal trainers.  One she used for acrobatics for her tours, and the other for toning and losing post-baby fat.

So how did Pink get into shape after having her baby? Her personal trainer for shedding fat created a diet plan for her, which looked like this-

  • Nuts (almonds, etc.)
  • quinoa
  • flax, sesame, sunflower, and pumpkin seeds
  • strawberry / whey protein shakes
  • spelt toast with avocado
  • fruit, including: blueberries, bananas, and sliced strawberries

  • vegetable salad with avocados and raw seeds
  • cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, eggplant, green peppers
  • mushrooms, zucchini, spinach, onions, beans
  • tahini & tamari, olive oil, or flax seed oil dressing

  • grilled chicken, tofu, or salmon
  • vegetables (see lunch) and soup
  • celery with raw almond butter
  • steamed cauliflower or broccoli
  • couscous

  • 20 ounces of water upon waking up
  • “Fat-burning Lemonade” (lemon, water, stevia) throughout the day
  • Organic Green Tea

She also included lots of superfood shakes made of coconut water, scoop of protein powder, avocado, flaxseed oil, Hawaiian Spirulina, cinnamon.

Her workout plan was split during the week as follows:

  • 1 hour cardio on Treadmill (Incline) with Abs Intervals
  • 30 min. weightlifting: Chest / Shoulders

Tuesday- Legs

  • 1 hour morning run
  • 1 hour weightlifting: Legs
  • 30 min martial arts

Wednesday- Abs

  • 1 hour cardio on Treadmill  (Incline)
  • 30 min weightlifting: Abs Focus
  • yoga / stretching

Saturday- Legs

Pretty intense right?  Keep in mind she’s a full-time performer when on tour, meaning she has to do shows every night  singing while dancing and performing acrobats for hours in front of fans, so her stamina and strength would have to be very high.
