Monster Protein Bars
▪️2 Cups Rolled Oats
▪️1/2 Cup Oat Flour
▪️1 Scoop Vanilla Protein Powder
▪️1/4 tsp cinnamon
▪️1/4 tsp sea salt
▪️3/4 Cup Nut Butter (I used half almond, half cashew)
▪️1/2 Cup Brown Rice Syrup (or maple syrup, honey)
▪️1/3 Cup Chocolate Chips
▪️1/3 Cup M&Ms
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl.
Mix syrup/honey and nut butter in another bowl, microwave for about one minute. Stir until smooth.
Add wet ingredients to dry and mix.
Once cool add chocolate chips, press into 9×9 pan covered in wax or parchment paper.
Top with m&ms and slice into 9-10 bars.
