28 Weeks Pregnant Today! It’s the start of the 3rd trimester. Please excuse the out of control hair.
The Bump: This week the baby is the size of a head of Cauliflower. They’re 2.5 pounds + and 1.3 feet long. Crazy! I definitely feel more movement the last week, like hard kicks and punches, and maybe even feeling some limbs.
Food: Salad, Wraps, quinoa, cold cereal and milk! SWEET THINGS! Including Tim Hortons Sprinkle Donuts (I could do without this craving). Some of my girlfriends and I went on a little road trip on the weekend for shopping, and we went to the beloved Costco. They had a S’mores mix, that we (or I) ha, may have lined up to sample a few times.
Weight Gained: At a doctors appointment yesterday still up 20 pounds.
Workouts: This past week it’s still pretty good, some days I have way more energy than others. Still staying at about the same level for weight lifting.
Symptoms: On and off super tired, and waking up during the night a lot. Pressure and also lots of pressure on my bladder. But I can’t complain I know there’s much worse other ladies endure. Diabetes test came back all good.
Baby Arrival Prep: Discussing girl names! We already have a boys name picked out. And a girl’s middle name, just need to come to an agreement on the first name.
